Have a project in mind? Whether it’s a building project or a big landscaping job, it’s a good idea to have a chat with the ACC before proceeding. It can save big headaches, especially if your project doesn’t comply with the HOA Covenants. There may be enough of a problem and you may be asked to undo all of your hard work. We don’t want you to have to do that, so please send us an email or call us.
If you have a building project you want to build, large or small, you must submit an architectural request form to the Wildflower Architectural Control Committee and receive approval before you begin any work.
