The HOA Board meets every first Monday of every month to take care of the business affairs of the association. After the monthly business is concluded, we welcome comments and suggestion as well as bring up issues that members may have . Currently we are meeting at the Holiday Inn Express at Well Branch and IH35 until the end of the year. If a new location is chosen then we will update this site with the new location.
For all HOA/ACC related issues, including resale certificates and any type of construction, please contact HOA board at 512-670-0010.
We are asking everyone to please be patient with us as we are in the process of publishing new contact information for the the HOA board. Please use the contact page of this site if you have questions or problems.
Dues notices will be mailed by the end of the year. Please wait until that time to mail your dues payments. We will also hold an annual meeting and update everyone about recent event how the management of the HOA affairs will be carried out.

Update: Apparently the acquisition did not include the entire frontage. This will delay the remake of the front entry. TexasScapes will still maintain the frontage while the particulars are worked out.
In case you hadn’t noticed, the Northtown MUD (work performed by Texas Scapes)has taken over the landscape needs for the Wildflower entrance and will be reconstructing a new entry for our neighborhood.
Thanks go to HOA board President Tony Lore for his help and insight in this new building project for our entryway, as well to the Northtown MUD for taking over the care of the frontage.
